For The First Time in Seven Years, I Missed the 180 Day Call

To make matters worse, I knew it. Each day I said, "tomorrow I'll call" -- I even let my ressie expire and had to re-book. But this morning I bit the bullet and went in early so I could call from work. I re-booked ASMo, requested the Toy Story section, and started on dining reservations.

No surprise, my first choice for CRT was gone. However, I have hope that my second choice will be available at the 180 day window later this week. I had the nicest CM, who was so patient with me. At the end of the call, I asked him, sort of as a joke, to check 6/13. Believe it or not, there was one table available. Needless to say, I grabbed it.

I'm still hoping for an 8:00 ressie on 6/16, and will be calling on Thursday. However, I'm very happy to even have a ressie especially since I totally blew off the 180 date.

We got everything else we wanted: Norway Dinner, Le Cellier (for my birthday), Mama Melrose Fantasmic Package, Teppan Edo.

Work has been absolutely crazy and so have the Christmas holidays, but I still can't believe that I waited over 7 days from my 180-day window. What has the world come to???

Ha it is okay. All of our trips have been last minute compared to some of you DISers. Most of the time its way past 180 days when we book and we get what we want for the most part. Although we don't try to get CRT because we had a horrible experience there...but that is a whole other story! Have fun!
