Just think about what these good folks are saying, really it all is so true. The fort is like no other place on earth. Many many people fall in love with it and some come here with no intention of going to any of the theme parks. If ya'll even remotely like camping you too will love Fort Wilderness. But be warned. Like the rest of us, you will fall in love . It's a wonderfull addiction. You will be back again and again. One more thing I will add to what the others have already said. There is nothing like getting up early, have a nice breakfast at camp, take your rented golf cart down to the boat dock and catching the boat ride across the lake to the Magic Kingdom. So nice and relaxing. We absolutely love this. So, bring that camper on down and experience one of the greatest vacation resorts on the planet! Heck I am no writer but thats some pretty good stuff right there!

WE have stayed on and off at the diff. hotels, we stayed at the cabins in 2006, we loved the resort, we have stayed at the pop and dvc resorts. This june staying at the okw, in oct, driving mh. we always fly, but it is cheaper to drive and camp. We are smokers, we also need coffee before our feet hit the floor, makes sense to us to camp.
