Is there any listing anywhere of what
is being filmed in the city on particular days,
movies, commercials etc??

Anyone who professionally films something on the streets has to get filming permits. This is so they can take over the street parking spaces, film on the sidewalks, public areas & buildings, etc., and have enough proper security & crowd control in place, if necessary.

So, it is documented somewhere, but I don't know where.

Imzadi...The rain was miserable over the last two
days but the highlite of the getaway was seeing
my absolute favorite broadway show Jersey boys
even better then that was sitting close enough
to Billy joel to get his autograph!! woo hoo!!
Great time!:cool1:

I wondered how it went for you. :goodvibes Sorry the weather was so miserable. But, in terms of seeing celebs, I'd say meeting Billy Joel was hitting the jackpot! Good for you & DH!!! :yay: :woohoo: :dance3: :cheer2: :cool1:

All major film towns - LA, NYC, Toronto, Miami, etc. - have the weekly film schedules published in the newspaper, usually Mondays in the business section.
