This is only the second time I have ever sent in an email like this. The first time I sent one was when Scotty and I went to Beverly Hills and I was unhappy with the Marriott we stayed at. They never cleaned our room, and a few other things. They comped us 40% of our bill. They also send me deals all the time now too.
Don't bother if it is a Best Western. I stayed at a Best WEstern one night when I was stranded in Texas as my flight was late and I missed the connecting flight. I got all settled in bed and got bitten by bed bugs! I jumped out, got re dressed and re packed and went to the front desk, they put me in another room and I wrote the company and guess what they said.. Oh I checked with the individual hotel and they said it was just ants and that due to the rain they went to higher ground and they had already given you a reduced rate because of being stranged at the airport. That was it, they did nothing for me. I will never ever stay at another Best WEstern as long as I live.
