Hi Chele. If it gets too bad, take her to the ER and ask for Dilaudid.

Oh, yes!! When I had my 2nd episode of herniated disc (one month apart from the first), I ended up in the ER...they gave me 2 different meds but only the third one -- Dilaudid --worked. I never could remember that name so thanks for using it today.

Chele -- hope you guys get some relief!

Thanks. She is suffering this morning. Scotty is okay, he is suffering through a cold. Loren is having growing pains in his legs so that is fun. Not. Growing pains are pretty bad. And he has just had a huge growth spurt.

I just spoke to Kody's DR. They need to do an MRI now. And the DR is changing her meds again. Please think of her and send her your prayers. I get to now wait for the phone call to schedule the MRI.

I sympathize with Scotty on the cold...not fun at all!

I remember having growin pains and it was really painful. I hope Loren feels better soon.

I am okay. I think I am going to go to Target and get a few things. I want a white noise machine. I need it at night. I figure that if anbody is going to have it it's Target.

White Noise Machines fascinate me. They had a white noise system where I used to work, it was a huge noisy place yet with that system it was pretty quiet. It just fascinates me as I can't figure out how that works?????

Sharky - Today is gorgeous outside...but we are having an inside day. Yesterday was exhausting.

Jamie thanks for the Mardi Gra pictures, they were awesome. We actually saw a Mardi gra parade from an overpass in Mobile, Ala on our way back! I just wish I could have got me some King Cake !

I will. I let it slide for a few weeks thinking it was hormonal but I can't let it go any longer. She was taking Excedrin and Advil every six hours, the DR wasn't thrilled to hear it but we had to try and make it a little better. The Midrin helps very little and it knocks her out. I will make sure that we have something for nausea because the Morphine does that to me. As long as I had the Morphine patches I was nauseas.

Michelle I used to take Imitrex when I got a headache, it helped but it wasn't the best I felt afterwards. I used to have to nap afterwards as it took everything out of me, but then I'd feel pretty good. I hear they now give Topomax for Migraine Prevention. I know a few people on it and it seems to work pretty well. Let us know how she makes out.
