Oh yeah. They really knock her out. That is a good thing. Hopefully the new DR will be able to figure this out. She has a hard time concentrating with the headache.

Well, they have her taking this pill that knocks her out at bedtime. And then Tylenol with Codeine every four hours or so. Nothing works though.

That is such a shame.

I remember when my mom used to get really bad migraines, she would give herself a shot

It was called Imitrex. I used the shots and they did work but then they came out with the tablets. You only take them when you feel a migraine coming on. Usually one would do it but you can take up to 5, one each half hour, up until 5, or until the headache goes away. They were wicked, remember I could only sit/lounge in the Lazy Boy Recliner as I could not lay down and I could not sit up straight, also had to keep the blinds down and the lights out and the TV sound really low, everything made it hurt worse.

I wonder what it could be if it is not Migraines. I wonder if it could be some kind of allergy that she has developed? I was going to suggest Topomax which you take on a regular basis to prevent migraines, but not if they don't think that is what it is. I do hope they figure something out. Did she change something that she eats or a perfume or something around the time that she started getting this pain?

Ok, here is the nursery room -- finally complete!

You can see part of our "sun" ceiling fan; the clouds on the wall and on the ceiling above the crib; and the vines with flowers in it.

DD loves the palm tree musical mobile. It has a remote control and everytime she goes in, she turns it on.

Oh Marshay, that is absolutely awesome. You are so talented. That room is precious. I absolutely love it. I know DD2 will just love it and be so happy there! That's cute that DD loves to turn on the mobile with the remote, lol, how sweet. You are so good keeping her involved and I just know that there won't be any jealousy there when DD2 arrives. I bet she can't wait!

DH wanted Christine or Lee but then today when I mentioned Nicole he said he thought it had a nice ring to it.

But we'll see ... I'm hoping that seeing her will help solidify a name and/or nickname...but if it's like our DD, she'll grow into whatever name we pick.

I Like that name! When i was expecting Braeton before i found out he was a boy I just KNEW I was having a girl! And I finally decided on Karen Elizabeth. Karen after my mom and it is my first name too. I've been wondering how you were!

Ok, here is the nursery room -- finally complete!

Here are more of the vines. We only did 1/2 the room in vines...didn't want to overdo it (too much!)

Here you can see the cute elephant hamper and lion trash can. There's a jungle animal growth chart on the wall next to the window. The shades are a greenish-blue.

There are more clouds on the ceiling so baby can eventually look at them while we change her diaper.

The little lion hanging off the dresser is the one that DD bought with her own money for baby. It plays Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

And here's the other view -- looking into the closet. The door goes to the bathroom -- it's a jack and jill bathroom (or in our family I guess it's a jill and jill bathroom since I have 2 girls) that goes to my DD3's room.

Note the cute little Frog Humidifier

We'll probably put a mirror or a wall hanging of jungle animals (if I find one I like) on the blank wall above the frog and under the cloud, but I'm done for now.

How adorable!!! I lovw it all!!!!

And I got to give Kudos to my DH!! Although I designed the room, he executed it and I think he did an awesome job!

What is she taking at bedtime!!!! I wonder if Periactin is an option?? Braeton takes 10 mg 2x aday as a precaution and they had Tyler on 4mg a day for a while while he was having those bad headaches. Braeton uses it to help ward off his migraines and then when one is coming on that Tylenol is not helping he takes MAXALT fast tabs and they work GREAT!!! Tylers headaches weren't migraines but they were bad headaches and the Periactin did seem to help!! Hope they find something soon for her!! Hugs to you both!

Hi to everyone else out there too! It's warm here today but ugly and rainy so it pretty much doesn't matter. Forgot to mention that Disney on Ice was really cute. It was based on all of the different attractions at DL but the same ones at WDW too. A damn Pirate was trying to be funny tried taking Eliza's snow cone and she freaked He felt bad after the fact Other than that, she was cool with it. The rides that they featured on the ice were: It's a Small World, Haunted Mansion, Railroad, Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Carribean and the Teacups. There may have been more I'm forgetting.

Not sure if I'd go that far! I'm sure there's going to be jealousy, but I'm trying to do lots of stuff to get her involved ... and have bought her about 6-8 new toys (coloring books, stickers, markers, books, etc) so these will be her "special" toys that she can only play with when I'm nursing baby or need to have a moment's peace.

DoI sounds great (except for the bad pirate!) I was debating whether we wanted to see it when it came to our town...but then just decided we have/had enough going on and I wasn't sure about the whole "LAND" vs "WORLD" thing ...

OK, going to bombard you all with more photos! Here is one side of the t-shirts we did today. Got to wait until the paint dries to do the other side or else we may just skip it.

The plan is to wear the shirts at the hospital and get a group picture...if not there, then when we get home sometime.

I haven't done the fabric paint on t-shirts yet, so this was new for me.

DH did his own shirt and I think it looks really good!

My favorite is the first one and DD had fun getting her hands all messy to do the yellow shirt ... then she said she wanted to do her feet, too!

Thanks! It was easy to do but I'm wondering how well the paint stays on once it's washed?!

We used two "puffy" paints so I'll have to steam iron them to see if they puff up...oh, I'm not sure if I was supposed to do that right away or wait...maybe it's too late to do it now...

Oh, well, we had fun making them and that's the important thing.

But I definitely see Mickey shirts in our future now...
