Hi everyone......

Having a really baaaaaaaaaaaad day

The washing machine has died........
It's been dying for a while - DH has been resuscitating it but alas it's gone......will have to buy a new one tomorrow

On a more serious sadder note - just found out today that we have to put our 12 year cat down She has never been sick a day in her life and has lived 12 wonderful years. During a routine check to get her ready to retire to Florida it was discovered that she has serious liver and bile duct issues along with a strange mass on the small intestine. Surgery would not necessarily fix any problems and could potentially cause more problems.......There not even giving her a 25% success rate

So after talking to the specialist and our vet, DH and I talked about it and decided that it was time to say our goodbyes to her......This is soooooooooo hard - the letters are blurry as I am typing this....... We will probably do this on Wednesday.......

Really want to eat comfort food right now and that 's not good either.....

Linda I am so sorry about your cat. I know how sad that is. Your cat was well loved and led a good long, healthy life. I think under these circumstances it is for the best!

Sorry about the washing machine too, that sucks!!! WE lost a TV, a fan/light and a coffee pot recently, so sad, so expensive!!!

Linda, I'm soooo sorry to hear about your kitty. This happened to my childhood kitty a couple of years ago. Had a growth under her tongue and w/in a week she was gone. It was so sad for you and I hope it all goes as smoothly as possible. I know how sad it is to lose a pet. Just like losing a family member
