Love, sorry about your computer. I know the feeling, it wasn't long after we got ours before we were bringing it in. Then the cord got chewed not once, but TWICE by that big ole MOOSE of a dog. (meaning, we're on our 3rd power cord)

About the fridge, just be sure you get the kind of stainless that doesn't fingerprint. There are 2 different kinds. Do the touch test, you'll see.
We want a stainless fridge eventually, but we're very picky. We want the freezer at the bottom, BUT we like the convenience of a ice/water (well we can do without the water) dispenser in the door. I've seen them but they're not as common. (And I think a bit pricier)
There is an awesome Kenmore at Sears that I like. It also has this neat collapsing shelf in it. I'll see if I can pull it up and link you when I get a sec.

The laptop seems to be fine so far. Weird.

And the fridge... the rest of the appliances are GE Profile in the brushed stainless so it doesn't print up. I am really picky about that too! Home Depot has a few of the freezer on the bottom with the ice/water dispenser so I think we are going to get one there. I'm the opposite, I could live without the ice but I must have my water dispenser!!

OK, got to pack for Hersheypark like now(!) but I also need to show you AI pics -- b/c I know you'll like them.

Here's what the girls did:

And we went to the concert. Left after 5pm and got there by about 6:25pm. If you have ??? about the concert, just ask and I'll get to them later tonight.

Overall: 4/5

Since we were in the nosebleed section, we didn't really get to 'rock on'. Everyone stayed seated and if you stood up then the people behind you got upset.

The first 5 acts were average...some worse and some better. They should have done more duets/trios and group songs for the 'bottom 5'.

Then Matt took the stage and he totally transformed the concert. Allison was great. Danny was good. Adam and Kris totally rocked it out!

Here's my outfit including shoes! I decided to just dress like I came from work, since most other folks would be doing the same.

Yep, this is how far we were...The stage is far right...you could barely see anyone. The camera makes it a bit better since I could zoom in...

Michael -- He had great enthusiasm but songs were kind blah. I was upset b/c I really, really liked him on tv.

Meggan -- horrible. Simply and truly was pathetic. And I really liked her. She had a great dress on and cool shoes. Her hair was like Carrie Underwoods.

Scott -- I was rather impressed with him. Great songs. He did so well. He joked with the audience about Ryan's "high five heard round the world!"

Lil - she did 'eh'. Bad outfit and song choices. However, she did very good on a song (not sure of title since I didn't buy a program) about 'he didn't put a ring on it, so now he doesn't get it' (forgive my memory)

Anoop -- He did really good on "It's my perogative."

Matt -- excellent. He had the hat on the piano.

Allison -- awesome. She ended with "Barracuda" from Heart.

Danny -- He did good. Tried to do some fancy footwork.

Adam -- what can I say? Great, just great! He was the first to truly own the stage and seem completely at ease on it. He did Mad World and 2 David Bowie songs. He slinked across the stage -- too funny!

You should have heard all the girls yelling for him all night long!

Duet -- Slow Ride. Adam and Allison

Kris -- now I didn't really go all ga-ga over him on tv but he was truly excellent last night. They added a backdrop curtain for his first songs.

Then the whole group sang a song. You can see how they raised the piano up.

Overall, a good concert.

I probably wouldn't go again though...esp if we're in nosebleed seats. I just felt like we weren't even there...

But we had fun. A good time and just nice to get out to something public like this and pretend we were just Jerry and Marsha...out on a date.

Yes, Hayden is her boyfriend.. he is the son of a good friend of mine that used to live across street from us but then they moved about 20 minutes away. It is after they moved that they became bf/gf.

Eli lived across the street from us after we moved into our new house (which is now our old house). They became really good friends over this past school year since they went to the same school and rode the bus home together.

I have seen or heard no tears shed over leaving the boyfriend.
There were torrential tears over leaving the friend.
Curious.

Hey UJ! How are you? We've missed you! Wow, that is one heck of a long trip you had to take and to turn around and come right back, wow! At least you got to spend some time with your daughter, I am glad to hear that. I hope it went well.

That's awesome that you are planning a big disney trip. You will absolutely love the Christmas lights. There are so many things you have to see there, and I'm sure you know them all. But if you don't as it gets closer i'm sure we'll all tell you. LOL That would be so great if Love and family could come visit you there. She's so much closer now. I'm still jealous. I so want to move back to FL.

Yes, it's a good zoom. Go back and check out that first picture of the arena prior to the concert. Look at the stage and then compare to the pics of the singers on the stage!

The Reader's Digest version of what was wrong was, first our air conditioner went in this God awful heat and humidity. Suffered thru the weekend and made an appt for 1 PM MOnday, left work at noon to be there by 1 and lost 4 hours work. Of course he didn't come at 1 so called and the tell me I don't have an appt for 1 PM, told me the tech I talked to Sun didn't have the authority to make an appt. Said they could squeeze me in by 5, so he came at 5, told me it would be $615 but recommended new unit, gave me all this double talk about why but I stuck to my guns, said give it the $615 band aid, just get me air, so he did. He overcharged as taht shouldn't have cost more than about $300. Next day I go to work and I have a flat, so have to wait for roadside assistance which took an hour so lost another hours work. I dropped the tire off, went to work, had to leave at 4 as they close at 5 to get my tire, lost another hour work. Last night made myself some eggs, went to use the toaster over to make toast, it too is broken. Thought it was just the outlet but plugged in a fan but that worked. So I decided I should go to bed and not get up till MOnday, lol.

That is awesome UJ. I am so jealous, I wish I was going too around that time., It is beautiful at Christmas time, make sure you take the monorail over to the various resorts to see the gingerbread house and the choco display at the Yacht club and all the different displays!

It would be great if Love came down too!
