heh that sounds like Chris with his shoes. They're all always in the kitchen under the bar stools and then I have to move them when I'm trying to clean. Oh yeah and to take the cake, chris leaves his uniform from the day on the dining room table every day! I've asked him I don't know how many times to at least take it off and leave it in the guest bedroom. He does that for a few weeks and then it's back to the same old routine. I hate it whenever someone comes over 'cause we look like such slobs with how he leaves his stupid uniform, shoes and dirty socks all the time. :headache:

oh gosh, Mike has a horrible habit of putting his socks everywhere, and putting his dirty clothes on the couch with clean clothes (after I've done laundry and not put it up yet)

The clothes situation is ridiculous in our house. I have gotten SO much better about my half and he still leaves his clothes everywhere. Half the time I end up washing clean clothes again because he will put something on then decide NOT to wear it, and throw it on the floor or on top of other dirty clothes. SUCH a pain. Seriously.

Uh huh, same problem here. Although I have a hard time putting clean clothes away so that situation is not a lot better in my house but clean clothes do get mixed with dirty clothes when it should not be an issue. It really is such a pain.

I forgot to mention he said I "spend too much time on one thing" when I clean

This was after I had mentioned to him that I cleaned the whole fridge a month or so ago and within less than a week it was disgusting again (because of him) I worked my freaking BUTT off cleaning that out.

So I said, "what you mean the fridge?" and he said "yes it only takes 30 minutes to clean the fridge" I got reeeeeeeally agitated and tried to explain to him that it took me a couple hours to clean that fridge out, it was disgusting. Gooky stuff on the shelves, I said heck, it took me like 20 minutes just to get some nasty stuff off one of those shelves. Not only do you have to take the shelves out---in order to do that, you have to take all the FOOD out. DUH! And wipe the back behind everything, which is not easy.
That same day I scrubbed the microwave. That took me about 30 minutes I think (it was horrible) and now it's back to that same state. Oh and I'm sure that he thinks it should only take 5 minutes to clean a microwave. Not the way HE gets it so NASTY!

We should change the title of this thread to "Complain about your husbands here" :rotfl: Actually, I bet if someone started a thread like that on the DIS, it would grow to 1000 "members" within a day.

Ugh yeah it really does take that long to clean a fridge if you are really trying to scrub it down. Ask him that if next time it needs to be done he wants to show you how it should be done if he's going to complain so much. He complains when you don't clean and complains when you do clean! Sounds like it's a lose lose situation. Tell him he is not your father so he needs to quit acting like it. Nor is he a dictator. Start calling him Hitler....that's the way he's sounding with the way he is getting angry at you for stupid crap and barking orders at you. Or tell him the new rule will be "you make it dirty, you clean it up". See how much he likes that.

hah! yeah I'd love to see him try and clean that fridge. I don't know WHAT he did but there is like a layer of cardboard from a box of some sort STUCK to one of the shelves. That's going to take FOREVER to get off :sad2:

Hitler! :rotfl:

omg that totally sucks. Hope you are able to get it off. Or better yet, make him do it since he screwed it up. Tell him it needs "man power" to get it off

Glad I could make ya laugh a little

I'm sure it will come off eventually. Might just need that man power!

yeah I saw that a little bit ago in the Allears newsletter. But didn't read to see it was stopping in August. Boooo!

Maybe they will continue it if it is really popular

:thumbsup2

Yeah I'm upset it's ending in August too. Not fair! I hope they do continue it. I will pay the price to get a good seat and yummy deserts for Spectromagic and Wishes!

well, Mike wants to have lunch. We're going to a local place where I can have some soup. That should be okay on my stomach.

Hopefully no arguments.

sounds yummy! I'll keep my fingers crossed for a peaceful lunch! :goodvibes

well it was a good lunch. I had french onion soup (well mainly just the broth) and several bites of a baked potato.

My tummy was growling before and now it's rumbling a bit and have some pain. Am I back to square 1 again? :headache:

Glad it was a nice lunch.

Sorry your tummy is upset again. I hope you are not back at square one! Those meds are not working anymore? :headache:

Cheri, from experience I can give you advice on how to control things without anti d meds. Like for instance instant mashed potatoes, marshmallows, bananas, and yogurt will all help control it.
