For First Time Cruisers Info About The End of Cruise Survey

When I was researching for my first cruise I found very little info about the survey and what it looks like. This is the info I wanted to know before my cruise

The survey is a piece of paper which is put into your room by the stateroom host on the last night of the cruise during the turndown service.

This is what it looks like


You are asked to rate your cruise experience by marking various statements on a scale of Excellent to Poor, or NA or Yes / No
You make your choice by filling in the appropriate circle with a black or blue pen. Pens are provided in the drawer of your room.

These are the sections on the survey

1. Overall Cruise Experience
2. Crew Members
3. Your Stateroom
4. Digital
5. Entertainment and Activities
6. Dining and Shopping
7. About The Ship
8. Problem Resolutions
9. Guest Information

There are only 2 areas where there is space to write or expand on a point

• Please Give A Description of Your Problem
• Are There Any Crew Members Who Made Your Cruise Experience Particularly Magical

Both these areas are small, so if you want to write more than the space allows you need to use a separate piece of paper. Extra writing paper can be found in the drawer of your room.

On debarkation morning there are collection boxes outside each of the restaurants and on the gangway as you leave the ship.
