I have a long distance friend. I want to send her something nice for Christmas. I am debating between a flower bouqet, and Edible Arrangement or a Cookie Bouquet. I need some opinions please. Also, if you know of another idea, I'd love to hear.
TIA!

Depends on what your friend likes.
My BFF doesn't care about sweets so she would rather have flowers....I on the other hand, am not into flowers, but love sweets. I would love an edible arrangement.

Is there something else special you know she would like, but won't buy for herself?
I am moving (someday  ) and then we will be in different states. I have an idea for her for then......she has always wanted it and ohhs and awws every time we see them.

I'd rather have a flower arrangement than an edible bouquet or cookies. Do you know if she is staying at home for Christmas and if she's having guests?

From the person who barely eats enough to keep a bird alive (LOL), if it were me I would prefer the edible arrangement or cookie bouquet..:thumbsup2

On the other hand, if she's a dieter or has special dietary requirements, the floral arrangement might be a better choice..:)

What a nice thing to do! :santa:

I am not a sweets eater by any means, but the cookie bouquet sounds yummy.

Love edible arrangements, but for the same amount you could send omaha steaks, or check into the fruit of the month thing.

I definitely would want the cookie bouquet. Edible arrangements are nice but cookies just ship better :)

I honestly don't know which she would prefer. I don't know if she likes fruit or cookies or flowers. There is a really pretty Christmas bouquet on 1800Flowers that I will get if I choose flowers.

Sorry I can't post the pic, I don't know how.

Here is the cookie bouquet. And yes, she loves Disney too.

Here is the Edible Arrangement

I guess I should have made a poll, but not sure how. Whatcha think?

I think I like the cookies the best. Cookies by Design cookies are pricey, but so delicious!

Be careful about the Cookie Boquets. If it is the kind with cutesy decorated sugar cookies skip it! I had friends send me one years back from a national chain and it was NASTY! The cookies were hard and flavorless, and because they use royal icing type stuff that was rock hard. If you do cookies send some good gourmet ones.

I never get flowers and would love that.

If the edible arrangement was fruit, I would love that as well--though it may be too big to eat.

My thighs would prefer to not have cookies though my tummy would try to override them. My brain would then override the tummy and tell the tummy to suck it up and enjoy the flowers or fruit b/c it ain't gettin' a cookie.pirate:

Have you thought about Ohama Steaks? http://www.omahasteaksdeals.com/

My Dad always sends us a Christmas package and the meat is really delicious. Of course, it depends on her dietary habits as well. You can't beat the deals they have though.

She is actually a vegatarian. lol
I'm really leaning toward the flower arrangement...i just think its so pretty and its within my budget.

I don't know if you have ordered flowers yet or not and where you are sending them to but have you checked out Proflowers.com? They are having a pretty decent sale and I believe they come already arranged. I'm trying to decide on flower arrangements for presents myself.

It depends on what your friend likes. I personally do not like the cookies that usually come with the cookie bouquets or anything. Flowers are nice and I would appreciate them. However, I WOULD DIE for an edible arrangments right now ... to the point where I am thinking of ordering one for myself!!!!! Seriously .. LOVE IT.

DH got one from his co-workers when he was in the hospital with myocarditis in May. We ate that thing sooo fast ...

We got a cookie arrangement when DS was born from his work and barely ate them.
