? for Canadians about Amazon.ca

Hi!
I'm hoping someone can help or knows...
I've been asked by a few Canadian CttM'ers about Amazon.ca giftcertificates. I would like to offer them as a reward option. BUT can someone in the USA send a giftcertificate to someone in Canada and what would it cost? Would it be US cost or Candanian cost for say a $10.00 GC?
I suppose I should check Amazon.ca, but hopefully someone's had an experience with this from a rewards program.

I think the $10 would be in Canadian funds ... If you wanted to send $10 US, you would have to send $15 Canadian (depending on the exchange rate ... its about $1.51 now).

I'm pretty sure that Americans can send gift certificates from Amazon.ca ... I know that they can order stuff from the site...
