? for anyone who has used Skyauction

Not exactly an Orlando-related question, but I figured someone on this board would be able to help me. On Sunday, I had the highest bid for a 2BR condo in Hilton Head. (Yes, I'm actually straying from WDW, but maybe I'll visit the DVC there so at least I get some sort of Disney connection on the vacation!) Anyway, as soon as I got the "winning bid" confirmation, I immediately filled out my travel information with my preferred dates of travel and submitted it.

How long does it normally take for Skyaction to get back to you to let you know about your dates of travel? This is the first time I've done Skyauction, so I'm a little nervous.

It usually takes about 48 Hours for them to confirm your dates. Thier offices are closed on Sunday. Once that is done it takes another 24-48 hours before your voucher is ready to be printed.

I just booked a condo last week. I won on Monday and on Wednesday they processed the dates for my condo. On Thursday I received an email stating my voucher was ready for printing.

If you haven't heard from them by tomorrow you should give them a call but I would not worry quite yet.

I submitted my travel info on Saturday, got email from SkyAuction confirming the dates on Monday at 1pm, and received my voucher by email on the same day (Monday) at 7pm.

I've searched their website several times and can't find a phone number for them. Do you happen to know what the number is? (I was wondering if they had anything printed on the e-mail or voucher they sent you.)
