For anyone going to WDW in October....

do you have any packing tips or lists together yet? Just curious getting a jump start and thought some of you guys would share your tips? Thanks.

No not yet. I won't probably until a week or two prior. I am starting to plan out my days so when my 90 day window opens for PS's I will have them and my park itinerary set.

Well, I'll tell you from past Oct. experience, Oct. can be tricky weather wise. It's usually pretty warm-perfect during the day but can get a little chilly at night...but not always. I would take at least one light jacket just in case, but it's usually pretty warm, but not really hot. Take a poncho in case a hurricane comes... If you are doing the Halloween party (which you should) decide if you want to do a costume or not. Do you just want packing tips? That's all I've got if so...we pretty much take the same kinds of things everytime we go...some pants, some shorts/capris, short sleeve shirts, light jacket, ponchos, varied shoes... don't know what else to tell you packing wise.

Apart from the normal things (shorts, T's, undies, etc), we have already started putting things in our Disney Bag-

1) Glow sticks, ordered from www.illuminationz.com
2) Crystal Light On the Go packets
3) new Disney T-shirts bought on sale at the Disney Store
4) surprise "Mickey" gifts for DD
5) mini flashlight for DD to use on dark rides
6) nightlight
7) Passporter wallet-on-a-necklace
8) small Disney backpack
9) disposable rain ponchos
10) Disney dollars
11) disposable camera for DD
12) very small first aid kit (with blister preventative stuff)

As the trip gets closer, we will add other things- but we get what we can think of as soon as we can.
