For anyone getting ready to do your dining....

plans, keep this in mind. Some of you may or may not know that as of July 18th, 2005 you can book your Advanced Dining reservations at your 90 day out mark for up to 10 days of your Disney Magic Trip. . Today is our 90 days and I called this morning and did not have any problems. Got everything I wanted. I just now called back and got a CM who wanted to keep putting me on hold because she told me that you have to book at your 90 day mark. I was booking at my 90 day mark and up to 4 days into our trip.

She said she wanted to put me on hold to make sure "she was right." Then right before she said that she didn't want to mess up my honeymoon and asked "You are a honeymoon guy, right?" I said no and when she put me on hold I hung up and called right back. I got another CM who wanted to end the call with out a confrimation #. I am not upset, but don't know why they don't know about the rules. All I was trying to do was book for my bday of our trip. The first agent couldn't seem to do anything unless I had my travel confrimation #. Oh well. The rule to remember is that make sure you get a confrimation # and if you feel that the CM is not helping you as you would like, just call back....

Now is that 90 days from the day you arrive or still 90 days from the date you would be at that particular place???

I made my Fantasmic! Dinner Package today, tomorrow Crystal Palace, and the day after that......

It's 90days as of your Check in date. I made all my AR for my October trip. The lady I spoke too just chatted about her life in between each of my AR's...it took forever...LOL

Crow11ad did your CM ask for your ressie number. My said that they were going to try really hard to make this a onsite only perk. And if you canceled your room ressies your AR's would also be canceled...

You can call right now for all your October trip, up to 90 days. You don't have to call everyday.

See, if I knew that today I would have taken care of all of it in one shot. I had a great CM taking care of me today too.... hope I'm that lucky tomorrow!

Thank goodness I had a great CM take care of all my ADR's with no problem at all.

That said, a CM was just explaining to me this evening that if she tried to make an ADR for me outside of the 90 days WITHOUT a confirmation #, then the system automatically goes behind her and cancels it, without her or me even knowing.

Beware!!!!!!!

When I called and did the 90 days + 10, the CM that I talked to told me that she was not even able to make the reservation without my confirmation number. I think that is so the system knows when you are checking in and what resort you will be at. It all worked out though, I got my ressies at CRT!!

I am confused about the 90+10. I am staying only 5 days.... so say I can call on the 90 day of check in.... but make my reservation for like say day 5....... You call with your arrival date is 90days out...you can then make all your AR's for the next 10 days....

That's exactly what I was told...mine was a lot more complicated because my first 2 nights are on a group ressie at POP and then I move to DVC...she had to search and put in all kinds of info to make sure I wasn't canceled...

I don't think if you cancel your room and get a different resort, that yoru AD's will be cancelled.

If anybody makes ressies then changes the reservation where they get a different confirmation number I would double check my AR's weren't automatically canceled. My info says they will be..
