Just wanted to let you know that the staff is wonderful
They have just been very busy and as one other poster had stated before when I was inquiring why I wasn't hearing back, they were kind of backlogged. I do believe they were a little short staffed back when I was trying to reach them but things have kind of turned around and they are getting more staff and are very good at helping you out with anything you need. So, if you don't get them right away, don't get discouraged because they will get back to your e-mails and if you keep trying to call, you'll get to speak to someone in person. I got some of my decided adr's all squared away and booked the sunrise safari as well
With being a newbie with Disney and especially with concierge, I was a little inpatient at first because I wanted to hear back quickly and move on with plans. Just like I realized, I'm not the only one booking vacations, LOL
It is easy to get caught up in wanting quick results. I guess I just wanted to post and give KUDOS out to the AKL concierge staff for being attentive & helpful. We are so excited for our stay
I was looking at some more pics tonight from the disboard and it makes us even more excited and glad we chose the AKL. Have a wonderful weekend DISBOARDERS
