I got this offer too...right after I bought 5-day and 7-day tickets. Fortunately, I also got a $20 AMEX offer for UCT a few months ago and I was able to use it towards our rental car. I was able to get an intermediate SUV from Budget for 9 days for only $314 (before the credit) for our upcoming spring break trip to HHI. Had I gone through the Budget site directly, even with coupon and discount codes from mousesavers, the best price I could find was still over $400. In fact, it's over $500 now! If you have EVER purchased tickets from UCT, you can rent a car from them without buying tickets.
