NBFUN,
It all depends on what you are looking for. If you want to be in the middle of the action, request a preferred room with a pool view. However a preferred room does not guarantee a pool view. I really loved the section I was in. It was the third floor in the first building of the sixties section overlooking the hippie dippie pool. However, if I was not looking at the pool, I would rather stay in the 50s section over looking their pool and that is not a preferred building, but it is also close to the food court. The way the resort is set up, you really don't have to walk far to get to classic hall. Depending on what building you are staying, you can take shortcuts through the parking lot.
Hope this helps.
