Yummy! I love good buttercream icing.
Admittedly, some here in the US isn't very good. Those usually do end up being from chain food stores.

I also find it facinating that some recipes don't use butter. But then again, this is the US.

Plugra is the ONLY butter I will use or cook with. It is European style and so much creamier. I could never go back to Land O Lakes.
