I made microwave apples.......took a little of the inners out and peeled it about two inches down the apple and put some cinnamon and sugar in it.....microwave for one minute but watch it.....cut it a little around the peeling and losen it up....then put some vanilla ice cream on top........the kids loved it and said it tasted like apple pie
