No I meant if they are already IN BC and need a test to go home or need the test before the cruise (which we are still not sure 100% how that will be set up).Why would they have to use an expensive test if they would be able to do it before they went to BC? In the US you can get free tests almost everywhere it seems. Canada is really behind on the testing front. When you needed a PCR to travel Winnipeg had TWO options only. And both were $200+ per person. Ugh.
