Hi, I actually took a look at the records and I have one for you. In 2000 Dave and I took my family down there.....20 of us!!! We rented a 15 passenger and fit 12 people in the van, plus 3 other cars.

All-time records have been updated! Thank you.
[Do you recall the make, model and year of the van?]
All the best.

We will be driving down for spring break in late March and I'm looking for some traffic tips. We are coming from Akron, OH, down 77 to 95. Right now, we are thinking of leaving Thursday night and stopping in Beckley, WV. Then driving another 10 hours Friday and spending the night in Jacksonville. That would leave us with only about 3 hours the next morning. I've been hearing horror stories about the traffic down 95. Any thoughts? Does this sound like a good plan? We will be traveling with a 6, 8, and 9 yr old who are great car riders. We drive 12 hrs to Myrtle every year with no issues.

Although, I'll drive to South Caroline on day 1, with a shorter drive on day 2. Can't wait to get to work planning!
