FOP fastpass and Tusker House: timing?

I have a 9:10am FOP FP, aiming to rope-drop Na'vi river before [but don't have to if the wait is too long], and would like to have breakfast at TH after. The park hours currently say 9am opening.

My kids are adamant about having breakfast food (as opposed to lunch items) at TH.

I have a 10:35am ADR but can move to it to 10:45 or 10:50am -- would you? If so, does 10:45 vs 10:50 matter? (The latest breakfast seating is 10:55 & lunch starts at 11am.) Does it leave enough time for the kids to get breakfast foods?

Thank you!

I don't see any reason to move the ADR any later. 10:35 is fine.. Allows for breakfast and then some time for lunch if anyone in your party wants that as well.

You'll have plenty of time to get there

Thank you, decided to keep it. I thought it would be fine, but then a friend, who just returned from Disney, mentioned that I might be waiting for an hour in the fastpasss line. Sounds like that is an exception rather than the rule.

We didn't wait an hour with a fast pass, but from tapping our magic band to walking out of the store at the end was an hour. We did it twice and the timing was consistent. We were there during Thanksgiving week, so it was busy. You might not wait as long as we did after the regular & fast pass lines merge.

All that said, I think if you want to make it to tusker house on time, you should be getting into the fast pass line by 9:30 at the latest.

Also, we had a 10:40 tusker house reservation and waited 25 minutes to get seated. My son ate only breakfast food while my daughter and I had lunch. The breakfast offerings were dwindling as we got closer to noon, but there was plenty when we started. You should be fine if you want breakfast food.

I'll add that we straddled the brunch line at Tusker, and the day we were there they had some breakfast items out for quite a while after 11, although they gradually shifted it and the full selection wasn't out the whole time. I think we had 10:30 ADRs, but there was a moderate wait to be seated, so it was about 10:50 when we were seated. We all got full plates of breakfast on our first pass and then those who wanted lunch food made a trip through for that--it worked out really well for us, ymmv.

Sounds like you have plenty of time -- Even if you hit Navi at park opening (which i am guessing is 9am) and you wait 20 minutes to get on, you will still hit your FOP FP probably no later than 9:30 or 9:40 -- still giving you plenty of time to ride and walk to Tusker.

I’m planning the same morning and was wondering the same thing. I hope it works out for you
