My 60 day window opens soon and just wondering how hard it will be to get Fast Passes for Flight Of Passage. If I'm on it should I be ok? Anyone not get it at the 60 day mark? Thanks! :yay:

It is the hardest get at WDW for now. Your best chance is to start trying for it at the end of your trip and work backwards. Plenty of people have come away empty-handed, even if booking at their first possible moment.

You may find the Availability and Strategies posts in the FP FAQ helpful.

mesaboy has a good strategy but I didn't have trouble at 60 days. I have 2 FP during a 10 night trip for group of 6. Good luck!

My fastpass day was yesterday. For a 7 night trip, I had no trouble getting a fastpass for 3 for Thursday. Morning spots were taken, but there were enough afternoon/evening times. I also had no issue getting Navi river Journey for Monday. If I remember correctly, FOP was available Monday as well. This was after 7am because MDE wouldn't let me make reservations before 7:05am for some reason...I wouldn't stress too much. It seems like things get a little panicky on the boards here :cool1: Just try for it first at 7am on the latest day of your trip you can

I just got it for four people on the last day of my trip sept 22nd this morning. I didn't look for the the other days

I was only taking a 4 day trip. I clicked on my first couple of days and noticed there were none. I'm going August 25t to 29th. I then jumped to the 29th and they only had afternoon available. I took the 2:45 spot but later decided to give it up as it is too close to our departure time. I'm just going to try my luck with standby. If you are going for more than 5 days, you should have no problems.

We check in on a Thursday in October and our AK day is Saturday. I know I shouldn't stress but I always do when it comes to the Fast Passes. Thanks everyone! :yay:

Just did my FP+ this morning...FOP didn't have any availability until the 6th day of our trip. Although there were plenty available that day!

My 60 day window opened up for a four day trip today and there were no FOP fast passes. The shorter your trip (especially if your trip doesn't start traditionally at the beginning of the week), the harder it is to get it.

I was on my PC at 7am (ET) sharp on my 60 day (+4) mark and looked at my last day and worked back to give myself the best chance. I came up empty-handed and was completely defeated.

I was diligent for the next few days and checked back throughout each day and eventually found 2 FoP FPs. I don't have enough data to back this up, but I did find both of the FPs between 3-7pm (ET). It might just be a coincidence, but it's worth exploring those hours as well as first thing in the morning and later in the evening if you can't check every 5 minutes like I'm sure some of us have before.

Hang in there and check back as often as you can. Something will pop up eventually. Good luck!

What gets overlooked is that on-site guests can book FPs at the 60 day window PLUS length of stay.

If Kirk is staying March 20-30th, and KStash is staying March 26-30th:
  • ..Kirk.. can book his FPs beginning sixty days before March 20th
  • KStash can book her FPs beginning sixty days before March 26th
So for any fastpass, Kirk can book at the 70-day window, KStash can book at the 64-day window, six days later.

Good summary: "the shorter your trip... the harder it is to get a FP" [KStash]

I could not get it for the first day of my trip at the 60 day mark, but did get it for day 4 of my trip. :-)

My 60 day window was yesterday for Sept. I could not get FOP for the entire 5 days we will be there. :( Guess we'll just rope drop it and hope for the best.

We have a trip coming up the first week of March. Maybe things will have settled down by then?? Hope so. We have what they call a 5 night-6 day package, but it is really just 4 full days in the park so I'm not sure if that counts as +4, +5, or +6 for FB reservations. Was actually hoping to to to AK early in the trip. Now we might have to rethink this, especially since I will be planning around dining reservations made 6 months out. Seems to be a no-win situation.

Staying for 4 days and was unable to get a FOP FP for any of my days at the 60 day mark.

My 60 day window opened this morning (7/22), for a 5 day trip. I was able to get FOP FP+ for four people at night on trip day 4 (9/23). There were many times available for that night. I feel very lucky because FOP sounded like a low percentage proposition for folks booking this week.

I was all ready to book on my PC (which I find easier than the app), but random power failure happened at home literally at 6:54am, knocking out my internet connection. I had to book FP+ on phone with MDE app.
Good luck to all who are FP+ hunting!

i had no issues for my trip from last week. i got it for 5 people midway through a 9 day trip

Don't given in too easily. Just like ADRs, FPs will be thrown back into the pot as plans change.
