I think I hurt my foot running. It hurts to the right side of my achilles tendon behind the bony part of my ankle. I thought it would go away after yesterday, but it is still hurting everytime i walk today. I soaked it in epsom salts yesterday. Does anyone have any advice on what to do?
I also need to still be exercising so any suggestions of exercises that don't involve your foot would be appreciated.
