Food & Wine Vets, I have some questions?

We went to our 1st F&W Fest last year. I'm trying to decide which days to book "regular" ADR's. We will be there on Saturday thru Wednesday. Can I count on the events being scheduled on the same day of the week as they were last year? Such as is PFTS always Saturday evening, Wine Schools on Saturdays & Sundays. What about the Food & Wine Pairings? The pairings in the Bistro were on Saturdays, Marrakesh on Tues. will it be the same this year? Any advice would help.

You can't count on it, but right now it's a reasonable assumption.

PFTS was been on Saturday nights since it began, except when another event needed the World Showplace facility.

There are changes to the schedule every year, but they seem to start with the previous year's event structure as a starting point. It all depends on how well the structure worked last year and what they decide to add, change, or eliminate this year,

You're only there a few days, so you could schedule ADRs for every day. Then, you could cancel the ones that you won't need, if you're able to book F&W events successfully.

We usually end up eating a full dinner some nights..but, we play it by ear during food and wine fest. The only thing that remains the same is Party for the senses..other than that your guess would be as good as anyone elses.
