Do you notice that weekends or weekdays or more crowded during F&W? Or...all of the above?!
I'm thinking Friday is going to be our main dedicated Epcot day, instead of Saturday. Good choice? Also, since we are really not drinkers, it seems to me that the F&W EVENTS are just that...paying for food and alcohol. Would it be kind of a waste of money to attend an event? I only like alcohol if it tastes like a smoothie. ;)

One other question: I have a PS for Teppanyaki for lunch. Do you think its better to take advantage of F&W samplings for lunch AND dinner? Am I wasting all those wonderful food choices by getting full at lunch at Teppanyaki?
Thank you!

Yes, Saturdays and Sundays are more crowded because the F&W Festival is popular with locals.

If you don't care for wine, the events like the Party for the Senses and the Food & Wine Pairings would be a waste of money (and many of the events sold out this morning). The free wine tastings would be a waste of time.

However, if you like food, and you think you might enjoy cooking demos by distinguished chefs, by all means catch a few culinary demonstrations; they're included in your Epcot admission, and thay even include a free sample. You'll get a schedule when you enter Epcot. Also, look for special exhibits. And catch a concert at the America Gardens stage.

If you like the Teppanyaki restaurant, go ahead and enjoy it. You can still buy international food samples all day long.
