Food & Wine Festival recipes

I recently visited WDW during the food and wine festival although that wasn't the reason for the trip (it will be next year).

I wish I had picked upa recipe book.

If anyone did and is willing to share a couple of recipes (or if anyone knows where I can get a recipe book).

The lamb sliders from New Zealand were delicious and I would love to try to make them. Also the Chocolate Creme Brulee from France.

Lots of other things were delicious too but I won't be greedy : )

There is an extensive list of Disney recipes in the Just for Fun Creative Community forums on this site: The Official Disney Recipe Exchange. They have already started posting some of the recipes from this year's festival.

That site may work better for you, as I understand the recipe book for the 15th anniversary festival mostly featured "retro" recipes from past festivals and had few recipes from the 2010 festival.

Plus the F&W cookbook went 50% off last Thursday, so I'm pretty sure they went quickly!
