I'm trying to plan my 2004 trip around the F&W Festival. Anyone have an idea of about when this is held. I see it is mid-October this year. Does it fall about the same time every year?

Yes, it has taken place during this time every year for the past seven years. A safe bet is to book for the last week of October, which means that you'll be there for Halloween.
