Food & Wine Fest?????

DW & I will be at WDW beginning 10/19 for a week during Food & Wine Fest. We've enjoyed strolling the Food Boothes in past years, but this year we would like to do some of the "special" events (wine tastings, maybe a wine dinner) My questions: Where to find an event schedule? When and how to make reservations? We're DVC members and AP holders if that makes a differnce. Thanks
