As for the AP discount, I think that yes, you can buy more than 1, but they might have to be for people that live under your own roof. (or that might be the DVC discount....I'm no help! )

I've been MIA but welcome back! I'll have to check out your dining report. Are you going to be doing a TR or waiting to combine this trip with the Dec trip in one big TR?

I'll do a TR, but I forget dining details faster than the trip details, so I like putting up my DR first If I'm in the process of doing it when I take the trip in December (which I'm guessing I will be) I'll probably tack December on to the end!

I have two interviews lined up this week for new positions...I kinda sorta can't stand my boss (he's a royal PITA and a jerk) so I've been looking elsewhere. I've had a few other interviews with other companies, but these two look really promising. I can't post it on FB since I'm friends with coworkers and all that jazz. So if you wouldn't mind sending good vibes my way, I could totally use it this week!

I really can't even stand dealing with him anymore. It stresses me out and I don't get stressed easily!

We ordered the MVMCP tickets!

Both my flight and my cousin's flight keep getting played with. It's almost weekly now that someone's flight has been moved. It's getting ridiculous. If I do get the job though, it's possible I won't start until after I go, in which case, I'll be moving flights to earlier on Thursday

So...I got the job!!!

I start on 12/6, so I my last day at my current job I think will be 11/19 (I haven't resigned yet, I will tomorrow! ) I figure this way I have lots of time around Thanksgiving for visiting Geoff's family, and then I might move my Disney trip up a day and leave on Wednesday. This would allow my Mom and I some more wedding dress try-on time, and then she'd hit the parks with me on Thursday My cousin would still come in on Thursday, we'd catch a later dinner at Bluezoo, and then on Saturday when we were doing Bluezoo, we'd catch Christmas Illuminations and grab "dinner" at the Tequila Bar in Mexico. Thoughts?

I'm super excited It's significantly more money than I have been making and I don't have to deal with my boss anymore. Win-win really.

I need to buy a car now. I've had a company car for the past 3 years and before that I had a Saturn in HS & College. I have no idea what I'm doing, it should be interesting I'm leaning towards a Subaru Imprezza, since it comes standard with AWD. You know...since it snows a bit up here...

My sister bought a CRV and she loves it!

Kelly- you looking for new or used? We had this same dilemma when we were looking for a new car 5years ago. We needed a 4x4 but besides Subaru and Audi there wasn't many cars that had 4 wheel drive. We ended up buying a certified Acura MDX with 35,000 miles on it. It is a beast in the snow and there is no stopping it. We also have a Tahoe too (yea I know 2 gas guzzlers) and I can go anywhere in that. I'm sure a Tahoe is much bigger than you are thinking of though.

Friends of ours have a Rogue and I prefer the CRV to it. There are many small SUVs or crossovers that are in this category Ford Edge (can be pricey with options), Mazda CX-7, and even a Chevy Equinox (we rented this last trip to WDW). Here are a few others that are in the CRV category:

2010 Hyundai Sante Fe
2011 Kia Soul
2011 Scion xB
2011 Toyota RAV

I've probably driven about five times since I moved to NYC in 2001, so no car-advice from me, just ... good luck! The new job sounds like a great move, though! Personally, I would just like to quit my job and write all day every day. And take lots of WDW trips. Sigh.

Anyone have any thoughts on the Honda Insight?

It's not AWD, but it has excellent gas mileage (43 highway!) And they have a great lease deal right now. Think a pair of good snow tires and I'd be fine??
