Thanks for posting this! I'm so excited - 2 1/2 weeks for us!
My advice for those first timers is to really bring a hearty appetite! Last year we started with Florida (going around to the right on Canada's side) and by the time we got to Morocco, I could not eat or drink another thing! It was great! Have fun and be sure to post when you get back!
The Australian and the Ireland booths are always winners with me! The Australian wine is very nice, and the lamb chop is great. The used to have something similar at the New Zealand booth, but switched it last year, although it's still lamb, it was not nearly as nice. Though I did hear it was one of the popular items, so I guess I have no taste!
I can usually find something on every menu to try. I don't think I have ever had anything thats made me go "ewww" Have fun!
To the poster asking about the snack credits - yes you will be able to use those. We did not know this last year and when we went we still had 12 credits left so we were pleasantly surprised to be able to use them. The items will be marked on the menus if you can use a credit. Enjoy.
Ok, you piqued my curiosity so I googled it . According to what I found it's a casserole type dish.
My DH and I were going over the list someone posted last night. I was interested in Spain since that's where is mother is from. He was able to pronounce all of them, but had to google the last three items listed to find out what they were.
If you are dining at LeCellier, then you might want to lay low on the booths... especially if you are on the dining plan. If you aren't doing the DP, perhaps try some "appetizers" from a couple of booths an hour or so before your dinner... then after dinner go back out and have your desserts around the world. (I've got my eye on that chocolat creme brulee!)
