Thanks!

I would have all of the beef dishes again for sure! I only had one day of eating (I was there for the Wine & Dine Half), so I limited myself to things I hadn't eaten before. I can highly recommend the sausage on pretzel bread at Germany and the spicy chicken sausage on polenta from Canada, too. I'm not sure what to do about dessert, though.

I had such a good time that I'm thinking about coming back for another weekend of eating!

The dessert trio was amazing - Had it yesterday (Columbus Day) with a nice glass of Champagne!

I took some photos too I will add some later on today!

don't suppose you remember the costs do you? it would be interesting to know.

I was on the dining plan and used my snack credits, but I chose the more expensive items at the booths, so that I'd only be paying cash for the cheaper items. I believe those were all in the $3 to $5 range.

I'm still so unbelievably disappointed that the dulce de leche cookies from last year are not returning.

Oh - I hope more people add their pics to this thread. I will be there the final week of F&W. DH & I are both going down, but he wants to spend a day taking pictures at AK and another day at a golf tourny, so I will be at F&W by myself (we arrived at WDW on the final day of F&W last year - we wound up eating burgers for supper at the American pavilion :sad2:). I will also be on a scooter. So getting close enough to see what the goodies look like will be a challenge. Getting a sneak peek ahead of time will help my figure out what my plan of attack will be ahead of time!

Hey Tanya, we'll be there the last week a well...at F&W for dinner on the 9th and 10th to be exact...if you're there during those days, we'd be happy to help...

Thanks Lauren! I think DH will be with me on the 9th - we have reservations for Biergarten - so I doubt I will do much F&W that day. We have a breakfast reservation at Kona on the 10th but don't really have plans for the rest of that day - we have MK penciled in. Right now the morning/early afternoon of the 8th is when he plans to be at AK and the 11th is his golf tourny, so those were my "big" days for exploring the festival.

Fortunately, I am not completely bound to the scooter, so if I have an idea of what I want to try I can park it (if I can find an out of the way place) and go get in line.....the problem is trying to see what they have and if it looks good while trying not to run over people ;)

can't wait...wish I could figure out my camera to add some pics.

definately hitting argentina. :)

thanks for the pics. how was the cheese fondue? it's on my list of things i might want to try.

Dropping off our pics...and funny thing is none are the same as OPs. :) I posted them in the food porn thread too, but thought others looking for just F&W pics would enjoy...

Love the pictures - keep 'em coming! :) I have already made some adjusments to my list of what I want to try based on these. I thought Germany was going to be a sure thing - but now I'm not so sure.....but that Apple Strudel looks pretty good. I think I'll hold off on there until after we eat at Biergarten.

The Lobster Roll from Hops and Barley wasn't even on my "maybe" list....but sure looks good!
