Food & Wine 2003 dates????

When is the food & wine festival in Epoct planned for this year? I know its usually in Nov. I checked the DW site and couldn't find it. I tried to search this site and the search is down. I see that other people already have their plans.

The dates of the Food and Wine Fest are October 18-November 16, 2003.

I'll be arriving the first day!
