We will be staying at the Contemporary for about a week. Will not have car for the first 3 days, but would like to buy lots of water, soda and snacks to keep some costs down.

Any suggestions such as supermarkets within walking distance or shopping services would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I arranged a grocery delivery from Gooding's (www.goodings.com), a local upscale (i.e., expensive) supermarket. $50 minimum purchase, $10 flat fee. Since they are a real store, they have MUCH more available than is on their website -- about half of my order was items not on their website list. I think the best part of their service as opposed to other delivery services is that they deliver to your resort's Bell Services rather than to you. That means you don't have to schedule your delivery and wait around your room waiting for them. If you're not in when the delivery arrives, BS will hold it for you, and will even keep the cold items cold (Gooding's labels and separately bags fridge items and freezer items).

I found it to be very convenient. They even covered for their mistake when they goofed. One of the ordered items was an 18 oz. jar of peanut butter, which they omitted. I called them and they sent over two 12 oz. jars.

I will absolutely use Gooding's again during my next trip.
