I'm looking for reviews of any of the restaurants from the DCL, as well as pictures of food. I'm mostly interested in the dinner rotations, the Palo brunch, and the dessert buffets, but I'd like to read reviews of breakfast and lunch options as well.

Food is a big deal to me, so I don't want to go on a cruise, and not have good food, especially since it's all included. :goodvibes

Well to me the Food on DCL is just fine. In fact I just took the 15 night Repo last month and did not have one thing at dinner I did not like. It was not 5 star food, but it was not bad either. Palo Brunch is awesome. The pizzas were excelent. I have been to dinner at Palo, and will not be doing that again as I just did not feel that the food was really that much better there than in the main rooms.

You are going to get opinions all over the board on this question. There are many heated threads regarding Palo, as well as the food in general with some loving it and others hating it. We have enjoyed everything on 4 cruises so far and look forward to Palo every time. It is one of the best places we have ever dined and that is a combination of the food quality, service, and wonderful company that we have had onboard with our DISfriends we have cruised with before. :) The dining rooms have never disappointed us either.

I think, the best way to describe the food would be to compare it to nationwide restaurants. I find the food to be of Olive Garden, Macaroni Grill, TGI Fridays, Chilis, etc... quality in the main dining room. The breakfast buffet & lunch buffett are hit or miss for me. Somethings were excellant where other things were just gross. I loved Palo as it was cooked to order food. The food there was great but it isn't 5 star quality but much better than the dining room. You won't starve but if you are looking for "GREAT" quality food I'd suggest another line. My friend has been on both Disney and Celebrity. She says that Celebrity had better quality food. JMHO... Now, we love Disney cruises for their family environment and entertainment..

We just got off the Magic (6-29). We were very disappointed with the food. The Pizza was good, but other than that, I could not wait to get home and have some food with flavor. It seemed very bland, especially the meat. And most things were usually over cooked. Palo was good.
