What exactally is TIW and who is eligible?

TIW (Tables In Wonderand) is a discount card that can be used in most Disney restaurants and bars and some counter service locations. The card gives you a 20% discount on food and beverage (alcohol included). When used at table service and bars there is an automatic 18% gratuity added to the bill.

Persons eligible are AP holders, Florida residents and castmembers. I believe AP holders can get the card for $75 and Fl residents pay $100. The card is good for dining for parties up to 10 people.
