Food Question about Epcot Food and Wine Fest

Do they offer the special food and wine kiosks etc.... in the daytime only or through the evening? I ask this because we want to know if we should make our sit down reservation at Epcot for lunch or dinner. We dont want to miss out on the specialty food being offered during this time.

It starts when the regular park hours end. Usually 9pm for Epcot.

I ask this because we want to know if we should make our sit down reservation at Epcot for lunch or dinner.

With the new cancellation policy (24 hours in advance), this can be a bit tricky. If you make a Table Service ADR for dinner, and nibble your way through the World Showcase during the afternoon, you may find that you do not want or need dinner. But if you cancel or don't show up, you will be charged. On the other hand, if there are any places that you absolutely want to dine, you might want to try those for lunch and then reserve your snacking for dinner, eating only as much as you may want for the rest of the day. The common approach is to eat kiosk food for lunch and througout the afternoon and save the Table Service option for dinner. But that may no longer be the best bet if cancelling an ADR too late in the day will result in a penalty. I know that there are many days where we decided to skip dinner after dining around the World Showcase, and we cancelled our placeholder ADRs. But that was before the penalty.

The kiosks are open during normal World Showcase operating hours. In other words, from 11 am till Illuminations.
