Falafel with mustard sauce, potatoes with afritude, corn pudding, sweet potato fufu, African grain with tomato sauce, green beans with tofu and cous cous in the middle. Vegetarian soup - Carrot and ginger.

Coconut fruit salad, watermelon rind salad, corn salad with roasted plantains, lentil salad with hearts of palm, curry pasta salad, papaya and avacado salad, corn pudding, and roasted veggies in the middle.

Three dips with bread, coconut fruit salad, curry pasta salad, corn pudding. Side of carrot ginger soup.

Non gelatin dessert items:

Peach cobbler, pineapple cheesecake, brownie, rice pudding bar, flan, and cookie.

This is the lobster ravioli my hubs had. He said it was fine. I tried it and it was good. He liked mine more.
