Food/Liquor delivery

Resurrection. I just ordered from GG for August 23rd last night. I emailed an ID and they called this morning to confirm my adult beverage order. I was impressed. Very nice, cordial and grateful people to order from.

Thanks!! I actually just sent them an email today asking about substitutions. They cannot do any other liquor/beer then what is on the website. Food products they can, but I guess not liquor!

We've just placed an order from GG. It's mainly for drinks - water, wine and beer so will be quite heavy.
We should be arriving around 3pm - the delivery is 2-4pm.
Obviously we don't know our room number yet. If they deliver it before we arrive/room is ready, will it be up to us to get everything from reception to our room? We're staying at SSR so it could be quite a hike...

At POR you pick the stuff up at front area and haul it back to the room. Check the concierge at SSR for possible delivery to the room. At POR they will keep everything cold, which is good because after a day in the air I'm going to need at cold (cheap) one on the way to the room

We used the garden grocer last time because we flew down and didn't have access to a car. The prices were high, they had a fair selection, but lower than buying them in your hotel. If we go next year, we will drive and shop ourselves.
