Food for Feb P&PP

For Value Season P&PP do they have more than one restaurant open? Last year we didn't stay for the Party but during the day "El Pirata y el Perico" was NOT open so will it be open during the party in Feb? And does anyone know how late the restaurants stay open? And again which ones? Thanks for any help on this.
