So what's the best way to eat quickly? We aren't interested in fine dining and fancy meals, just a way to eat without wasting precious time in the parks. Any suggestions? I guess we could be considered "tacky," but theme parks aren't exactly designed just for those gourmet grazers.

All the rooms come with a fridge and a Kuerig coffee/tea maker. If you brought your own milk and creamer, you could utilize the fridge. Breakfast is an easy item to pack in your bags (cereal, breakfast bars, instant oatmeal) and you could save money and time that way. You could put sodas or beer in the fridge to save even more $$$. Don't remember if there is a charge for the fridge though...
I'm thinking back and remembering that when we saw the price for a bottle of water when we first walked into the room, we called guest services right away and had the fridge locked. We asked for an empty fridge and they brought us one that we placed under the sink outside the bathroom ( we were at HRH) and used that. But I don't recall if there was an extra fee for that. Maybe by joining the HR Club (or whatever it is called) we did not have to pay for a fridge rental. Either way, fee or not, it was very convenient and both time and $$ saving, especially where breakfast and drinks were involved.
Memories....
