can anyone tell me an approx for food costs am trying work out if paying extra £600 for moderate and get qdp thrown in or if we would really spend that much on food

The cost of dining would really depend on where and what type of dining you prefer. Our first trip to Disney...meal plans were not offered. It was DH DD 5 and myself. We did several sit down meals but most of our meals were QS and over 8 days spent about 1000. Since then we have purchased the DP. We have found it to be worth it plus I love the convience of having everything pre-paid. As I said it really depends on your family. Good luck deciding!

For our family of 4, we can easily spend $1000 in a week or so.

Table Service meals - I don't really have an estimate because they can vary so much.

CS meals - I usually figure we spend about $45 for 2 A and 2 bigger kids but who don't eat a lot (9 and 11 on our last trip).
