I'll be at PBH in two weeks, and I have the You First platinum status. Regarding the $100 food & beverage credit, do I have to bring this to anyone's attention at check-in or will it automatically take the amount off as I spend the money? I assume I would have to charge to my room to get the credit and it's good for the restaurants/bars at the hotels only - is that correct?

You should let them know you are aware of the food and beverage credit when checking in. Yes, you will need room charging privileges to obtain the credit. You will never see it on your bill, unless you go over the $100. It is good for all three Hotel restaurants except for Tchoup Chop.

i Checked in on Tuesday, said about the $100 credit, they said it would be deducted of the final bill.

Yes, it will be deducted. We stayed at the Royal Pacific and ate at Islands and Sal's Deli over at PBH and both were deducted from our bill.

Thanks for the responses. I'm sure I'll quickly spend my $100 and then some, but looking forward to every minute of it!
