How is the food at Universal? Any recommendations on where to go and what to order? Or what to avoid?
I like the food at Universal at IOA. I enjoy Thunder Falls Terrace at IOA and Louie's and Finnegan's at the Studios. The only place I would avoid at the Studios is the International Food & Film Festival...the food is fair at best. How is the food at Universal? Any recommendations on where to go and what to order? I know, Todd.I have to agree with that.......let's just hope that if it gets rethemed, it reopens with the same menu.

Burger Digs has pretty decent burgers...Mel's too. Didn't care for the ones at Richters (SP?).
There's also a Nathan's hotdog stand in Amity at US.
Richter's wasn't bad, but not great either. Are the burgers at Mel's different than Richter's? I've never been to Mel's, just assumed all restaurants had the same burgers. If not I'll try Mel's next time.
Maybe we were there on a bad day, who knows, but the burgers were rather dry and didn't have much flavor. The burgers at Mel's were juicier and just tasted much better.
I'm so sad about this! I hope they don't destroy the entire look of the restaurant - I loved the interior. It was my favorite place to eat in IOA, good food and large portions.
