not checking in until around 6:30 or so to POFQ. carriage ride at 9PM. Where are some good walk-up foods around the area. we have car and i know about the boats. Not sure what our time schedule is going to be(7-8 or after 10) so a few quick spots or something.... anything quick w/o an adr that we can munch on something edible? or shortly after carriage-ride for something nice with my wife for the start of our anniversary week? we are off to the WL next day for 6 days. Like to try something DTD?

we are driving in from sanford airport? flight is scheduled for 4:30 arrival. alamo rental car.

both of the resorts have food courts, but it you don't want to do that, DTD is just a boat ride away! You might not want to go for a TS restaurant if you're worried about time or don't want to make ADRs, but DTD has some good CS spots. We've really been impressed with the food at Earl of Sandwich, and I've heard really good things about Wolfgang Puck Express.

Also, Old Key West & Saratoga Springs resorts are nearby and their restaurants are usually able to take walk-ups if you really want to do something table service. I think these two resorts are also accessible to POR/FQ by boat, but I'm not positive. I know all four resorts have boat access to DTD, but I'm not sure if it's the same boats that hit all 4 resorts.

When we stay at POFQ we usually walk over to Riverside and eat at Boatwrights. It is TS. We have always gotten a good meal there. We have never had to wait long. you should have plenty of time to head over, eat, and catch your carriage ride.
