Food and Wine Signature Dinners?

Has anyone done the Food and Wine Dinner Series. We are taking my in-laws in Nov. and would like to treat them to one of them. How are they? How long in advance do you book them? Which one would you recommend? Thanks for your help?

As for when you have to book them, you MUST book the very first day they become available, and very first thing in the morning. Last year, every one of these dinners sold out within the first hour of opening for reservations.

Wish I could tell you when they will open up this year, but I unfortunately have no idea, except to say that it will probably be sometime around mid-July. Believe me when I tell you that it was pure luck that I was able to book the three that I did last year.
