We are actually trying to plan our next trip to Disney for 2007, my question is how are the crowds in the begining of October? We have always gone in September or December when the crowds are low. We are going to be in Florida for a cruise next year and we can't go to Florida without seeing "The House of The Mouse" 
So we need to go either September 25-29 or October 7-11. I thought it would be neat to see the Food and Wine Festival but, I don't want to deal with outrageous crowds. We will also be bringing a bunch of people along for their first trip to WDW.
