Food and Wine festival question

Every time we've gone to the F&W, it opens at 11 along with the rest of the World Showcase. Yet if you go out to Disney's official site it shows the hours for the F&W being "9AM to 9PM". Maybe they are referring to the official store and booths but it seems a little misleading.

Any ideas?

Glad to be of help...the story goes...they have cooking classes, wine classes, etc. that start as early as 9:00 am....you have to sign up and pay for them, but they consider that as starting at 9:00 am!
