At the FWF in 2004 the Vermont exhibit was handing out a recipe for maple scallops. Does anyone still have this recipe?

At the FWF in 2004 the Vermont exhibit was handing out a recipe for maple scallops. Does anyone still have this recipe?

I'm having trouble finding any record of this dish. I have copied all the offerings for each F&W Festivals since 2000. The only references to scallops are as follows:

2002 Spain - Seared Scallop with Pepper Relish
2006 New Zealand - Bay Scallop Salad & Seafood Medley
2007 New Zealand - Marinated Seafood Salad: Chilled Bay Scallops, Shrimp & Squid in a Lime Dressing
